How To Lose Belly Flab With Exercise
Years of beer drinking and
constant immobility have easily lead to the loose flab
people call the belly. Even if they are so easy to get,
many find it very difficult to have their bellies removed.
They expect that doing virtually nothing and taking
a few pills can help
them lose belly flab.
Unfortunately, the same set of
people have overlooked that doing nothing basically led to this
predicament in the first place, which is why physical exercise should be the
main solution. Bottom line: exercise is your ticket to lose
belly flab.

Why
Exercise?
Physical exercises do two
things at once. First they stimulate your abdominal muscles
into activity. The correct exercise can target the correct
muscle groups and even help in developing the areas that you
lack. At the same time exercises can help you
burn the excess calories in your
body.
Constant physical movement
will tell the body to use your excess fat as fuel to drive your
daily routines. Exercise does these two things rather well too, and doing it
regularly will increase the process of losing the belly
flab.
Contracting Your
Abs
The easiest exercises that you
can perform are simple abdominal contractions. These activities
are similar to deep breaths; instead, you are consciously willing your
central muscles to move. The best thing about this exercise is
that one can basically do
it anytime and regardless of the location. You can contract
your abs while sitting in front of the computer or
waiting for the train to
arrive.
Easy
Crunches
Another way to lose belly flab
is to do easy crunches. These are not your ordinary crunches as
they are relatively easier to accomplish. First, you need to
lie down on your back. Next you have to bend your knees with
your feet flat and touching the floor. While your hands are grabbing each
thigh, lift the upper body only to about thirty degrees or
whenever you feel the tight contraction of your abdominal
muscles.
Reverse
Sit-ups
Doing traditional sit-ups can
burn fat and tone your ab muscles, but it is done at the
expense of extreme strain to your back.
In fact, if done without
proper warm-ups your back may suffer more than what your
abs will gain.
This exercise is done in the
same vein as the easy crunches. You still lie on your back with
your arms stretched straight and palms flat on the floor beside your buttocks.
Then you slowly lift your knee and bring it as close as
possible to your chest. After a few seconds, you can bring back your
lower body to its original position.
More Than
Exercise
To completely lose belly flab,
you must acknowledge previous eating habits as the main culprit
and therefore should resolve to change how you eat. Exercise alone can only
frustrate you because it will not deliver full results. It is
best to complement a good
exercise regimen with proper food intake, preferably by
avoiding or reducing those that are known to build fat in
the body.
