See, many carbs are nothing more than sugar; and when eaten, spike up your insulin levels. This in turn ups your fat stores which will up your body weight. So get rid of white rice, bread, potatoes, cookies, cakes, donuts, ice cream etc.

Now once you have an understanding of what to eat, and not to eat, the next step in losing the weight quickly is how you will eat. You have to watch the size of portions that you will consume. You cannot sit there, eating crazy portions of food in one sitting. Instead, you want to spread them out over the course of 5 to 6 meals throughout the day.

Also try not to eat after 8 pm. Most people prefer to not eat after 5 or 6, but you have to find what works best for you. Now I know some of you will say, “But what about the weekend when I go out?” You’re going to have to decide if that’s more important than losing those extra pounds.
As you can see the key here is changing how you live in order to get what you want. For instance, you are going to have to start cooking your own meals, because you can’t risk someone not doing it right.
